Job Scope:
- Work at developer show house / sales gallery
- Assist and attend visiting clients
- Support real estate sales & marketing activities
- Create property advertisements and marketing content
- Handle social media & digital marketing
- Assist with lead follow-up and customer enquiries
- Prepare basic sales/admin documentation
- Join property events, roadshows & site visits
