• Support regions and branches in increasing project quality by ensuring adherence to all the relevant instructions and standards of the Vehicle Tracking System. • Accumulation and sharing best practices from the regions regarding solution approach and usage • Actively contribute to the team and product improvements by identifying trends • Monitor security aspects of the product • Provide guidance and best practices to implementation project • Provide technical support and training to Acetrack customers and users • Participate in lessons learned / post project review meetings and product’s implementation • Develop and test software in accordance with requirements, test cases and design documentations • Maintain and fix bugs • Provide all level support • Maintain an awareness of new technologies and their applicability to improving the framework and business • Proactively work to develop and maintain good working relationships within the department, company and customers • Perform 24 x 7 on call Server and software support • Provide technical support and training to customers for GPS usage • Arrange a schedule for a team of technicians to serve such as installation, dismantle and servicing • Work proactively to develop and maintain good working relationships within the department, company and customers
