Job Responsibilities:

Print and prepare labels for each package/pallet according to the required packing quantity.
Ensure labels are accurate and provided to the Packing Department on time.
Check product details, quantity and pricing against the relevant Purchase Order (PO) before printing labels.
Verify that all prices and order information are correct and report any discrepancies.
Upload invoices to customers’ designated online portals.
Ensure all invoices are uploaded accurately and on time.
Maintain proper records of labels, PO verification and invoice uploads.
Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

JNW Packaging Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring materials are available to support production and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on order status.
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments on purchasing requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Maintain supplier database and purchasing records.
Compare quotations and recommend the best procurement option.
Resolve supplier delivery or quality issues.
Prepare purchasing reports and cost analyses.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience (manufacturing experience is an advantage).
Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an added advantage.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities

To produce color separation in accordance to pre-press specifications.

Schedule, planning and delegation of production pre-press workload to ensure completion within schedule.

Customer liaison whenever required.

Prepare, retouching and quality inspection on final artwork for printing products.

Graphic Design

OPERATOR MESIN OFFSET
• Mengendalikan dan menyelesaikan masalah prestasi mesin cetak Offset 5 – 6 Warna.
• Untuk mengekalkan kualiti cetakan dan untuk memenuhi spesifikasi pelanggan.
• melakukan penyelenggaraan mesin pada mesin.
• Membantu dalam sebarang tugas ad-hoc yang diberikan.
• Memberi latihan kepada pembantu.

Keperluan:
• Pengalaman minimum 3 tahun dalam industri yang serupa.
• Penglihatan yang Baik dan mempunyai pengetahuan tentang Pemisahan warna.
• Kehadiran yang baik.
• Boleh bekerja syif (8 pagi – 5 petang atau 8 malam – 5 pagi) dan bekerja lebih masa apabila diperlukan.


PEMBANTU MESIN OFFSET
• Membantu operator mesin untuk mengendalikan Mesin Cetak.
• Lakukan penyelenggaraan mesin pada mesin.
• Membantu dalam sebarang tugas ad-hoc yang diberikan.
