A.Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair
Perform advanced diagnostics using scanners, tools, and test equipment.
Identify faults accurately (engine, electrical, transmission, aircond, suspension, brake system, etc.).
Carry out repairs efficiently and according to OEM standards.
Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
Ensure all repair works follow safety guidelines.
B. Maintenance & Service
Complete routine servicing (minor to major service).
Inspect and report vehicle condition, wear and tear, and future repair needs.
Ensure all maintenance work is recorded properly.
C. Quality Control
Verify quality of work before vehicle release.
Perform final inspection checks on vehicles repaired by junior technicians.
Ensure zero comeback cases by maintaining high workmanship standards.
D. Team Leadership & Training
Guide and train junior technicians and mechanics.
Assign work based on skill levels and job urgency.
Act as reference point for complex mechanical problems.
E. Workshop Operations
Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and maintained.
Follow and enforce workshop SOP, including vehicle intake, job sheets, and release procedures.
Report parts needed to the Parts/Store department.
Assist in improving workflow and efficiency within the workshop.
F. Customer Interaction (If Required)
Explain technical issues or repair recommendations to customers when needed.
Support Service Advisor with technical feedback for quotations.
