Key Account Executive

Project Management

Manage projects from planning through execution and final delivery
Prepare project timelines, milestones and action plans
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality

Client and Team Coordination

Coordinate between marketing, sales, technology and external partners
Work closely with property developers and internal teams
Keep communication clear and ensure tasks move forward smoothly

Performance and Reporting

Track project progress, timelines and quality
Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Prepare regular project updates and reports

Client Management

Manage client and developer expectations
Conduct project updates and review meetings
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables and outcomes

Problem Solving

Identify potential delays, risks and operational issues early
Take initiative to resolve issues and keep projects moving
Develop practical solutions when challenges arise

Process Improvement

Develop and improve internal SOPs and workflows
Help create structured processes across different departments
Improve overall project efficiency and execution

Other real estate related projects

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in project management, account management or a related role
Experience in property, marketing, technology or agency environments is an advantage
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinking with good commercial awareness
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp
Good command of English and Chinese
