King Seiko 45KS 36000 Hi-Beat Gold Watch

This is a King Seiko 45KS, manufactured in October 1968.
It was the first King Seiko model to feature a high-beat movement—a slim, high-end timepiece that incorporates the high-frequency technology honed through participation in Swiss chronometer competitions.
I am offering this for sale as part of a collection downsizing.

The watch is in excellent condition overall.
The quick-set date function is fully operational.
While the watch is currently running, its service history is unknown; therefore, I recommend having it overhauled before regular use.
It comes fitted with a new, aftermarket leather strap.
