P-545 is a colourless liquid and consists of a special Alkaline Solution, additives and surfactants for better penetration and rise.

P-545 is effective for the removal wide variety of soil such as grease, oxidized material such as sludge, and grime.

It is so effective for removal of both light and heavy carbonized soils, crushed dirt and resinous materials.

The heat exchanger or radiator in the cooling system tends to become congested with dirt and grime over a period of time.

This soil present ultimately coalesces in sludge with can cause blockage of the relatively small tubes in the radiator of the cooling system. The blockage impairs the efficiency of the cooling system. It is therefore necessary to flush out soil present in the cooling system.

Method Use
P-545 can be used by application or spray. It is generally recommended that a concentration of 20% - 30% v/v in water be used for light contaminations. The working solution should be left in contact with the soil for approximately 10 minutes and then rinsed off with a spray system. For removal of very heavy contamination, it may be necessary to use higher concentration of P-545.
