Laundry Shop Customer Service / Attendance

1) Promote laundry business & services to customers at shop
2) Customer service at shop including checking of laundry sent, open bill, marking, packing and handle of bill payment.
3) Clothes steam ironing at shop
4) House keeping at customer units
5) Coordinate with staffs from other outlets for smooth handling & delivery of customers laundry
6) Daily & monthly sales monitoring & reporting - to enhance the sales performance
7) Proper on the job training before actual working at shop
8) Incentives based on shop sales performance & target
