- 1pc Epiphone short frame straight 3 way PU toggle selector switch
- 1pc EB Switchcraft female output jack,
- 4pcs EB CTS 500K split shaft audio pots for 2 volume & 2 tone controls
- 4pcs Gibson USA top hat knobs (black)
- 2pcs 0.027uFD electrolytic capacitor for tone controls
- 2.0 m AWG 22 braided wire
- 0.5 m buss / tinned bare copper wire
- Wiring diagram

We also provide custom wiring work should you require help for conversion and installation into your guitar.
