Drivor Sdn Bhd is looking to hire full-time Operation Assistant (Dasher) for our Skudai Hub location. A Dasher staff is a front-line employee who services our customers by getting them into their rental car while also helping to prepare & maintain our fleet of vehicles and lot for rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of rental vehicles to customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service and addressing any questions by - customers during check out and check in
- Maintaining record of check out and check in inspection and payment collection
- Coordinate with outsourced vehicle suppliers
- Ensure vehicles are clean and refueled before delivery to customers
- Deliver the vehicle for repairing & servicing
- Attend to breakdown when necessary
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior
Criteria:
- Honest, trustworthy and responsible
- Have knowledge about vehicle
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-player
- Friendly, positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
Requirements:
- Age between 20 - 35
- Minimum SPM/STPM
- Must possess full driving license
- Customer service experience will be an advantage
- Able to communicate in English and Malay
- Able work overtime, outstation and Holiday
