About the Role ---------------------- We are looking for an Admin cum Sales to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations while actively supporting our sales and marketing efforts. Roles and Responsibilities -------------------------------------- • Handle daily office administration, including proper filing, records, and documentation. • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence. • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes. • Monitor and maintain stock records, inventory, and office supplies. • Handle basic procurement and purchasing tasks. • Support the management team with general administrative duties as needed. • Coordinate customer sales enquiries and follow up promptly. • Prepare essential sales documents, including quotations, invoices, and delivery orders. • Process customer orders accurately and coordinate timely deliveries. • Promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients. • Maintain and update the customer database and sales records. • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management. • Assist the team in executing marketing and promotional activities. Requirements & Qualifications -------------------------------------------- • Education: Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role is highly preferred. • Skills: - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and everyday computer usage. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu & English. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Attitude: Proactive, able to work independently, and a strong team player.
