Job Description
Job responsibilities include:
1.Manage online customer service on Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2.Prepare, pack, and verify customer orders accurately before shipment.
3.Arrange and drop off parcels at designated courier service providers.
4.Attend to walk-in customers and provide product assistance when required.
5.Prepare invoices, quotations, and related sales documents.
6.Assist in maintaining good customer relationships by encouraging customer reviews on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Google Maps, and Facebook, while promoting repeat purchases.
7.Upload and manage product listings, product images, and videos on Shopee and Lazada platforms.
8.Create, edit, and upload video content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
9.Assist in stock receiving, stock checking, and inventory organization.
10.Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company to ensure smooth daily operations.
