Logistics Driver

Key Responsibilities
• Load, transport, and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Deliver goods to designated locations according to the planned schedule and route
• Check cargo against delivery orders and invoices to ensure accuracy
• Obtain customer signatures and submit delivery documents (DO, POD) promptly
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (tyres, brakes, lights, fluids) and report faults immediately
• Keep the vehicle clean and well maintained; complete servicing on schedule
• Follow traffic laws, company safety policies, and cargo securing procedures
• Report delays, damages, accidents, or shortages to the supervisor without delay
• Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and mileage reports
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers and colleagues

Requirements
• Valid driving licence for the vehicle type (e.g., Class D, or GDL for lorries/heavy vehicles)
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic offences
• Minimum [1-2] years of experience as a delivery or lorry driver (preferred)
• Good knowledge of local roads and navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze)
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills in [English / Bahasa Malaysia]
• Punctual, honest, and responsible, with good time management
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required
