Cooking Instruction / 红枣冰糖炖燕窝的做法步骤

1.燕盏, 一盏4克左右 准备 2-3盏 （4人份）

2.配料：红枣 冰糖

3.准备一大碗, 用来泡发燕窝

4.倒入清水，蒸馏水或矿泉水, 水要浸过燕窝.确记不能用温水或热水

5.泡发过程要反复换水几次 泡发30到40 分钟

6.准备炖盅一个

7.水放2/3 就OK 因为蒸的过程中材料会膨胀. 记得要隔水炖哦！！

8.水放炖盅的1/2就可以了，隔水炖30-45分钟 按各人喜好设定时间

9. 炖好了嫩滑爽口 充满蛋白味！
