Arrange service appointments and provide updates on vehicle repair progress. 4. Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure smooth service operations. 5. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 6. Maintain customer records and follow up on service matters. 7. Perform other duties as assigned by the management. Mengendalikan aduan pelanggan dan memberikan penyelesaian yang bersesuaian. 6. Menyelenggara rekod pelanggan dan membuat tindakan susulan berkaitan servis. 7. Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
