The current M5 (G90, 2024–present) launched in Malaysia in June 2025 at RM1,200,800. It uses a 4.4-litre S68 twin-turbo V8 producing 585 PS/750 Nm, paired with a 197 PS/280 Nm electric motor for a combined 727 PS and an 18.6 kWh battery (67 km EV range), all with an 8-speed M Steptronic and xDrive AWD.
