Deskripsi Pekerjaan Kami sedang mencari Handyman yang bertanggungjawab, rajin dan berdisiplin untuk menyertai pasukan kami dengan kemasukan segera. Tanggungjawab: Melaksanakan kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan am. Menjalankan kerja asas elektrik, paip, pertukangan dan mengecat. Mengenal pasti serta membaiki kerosakan pada bangunan, peralatan atau kemudahan syarikat. Melaksanakan pemeriksaan dan penyelenggaraan berkala. Memastikan semua kerja dijalankan mengikut prosedur keselamatan syarikat. Membantu melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia dari semasa ke semasa. Kelayakan: Minimum SPM atau setaraf. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam kerja penyelenggaraan atau sebagai Handyman adalah satu kelebihan. Mempunyai pengetahuan asas dalam kerja elektrik, paip dan pertukangan. Sihat tubuh badan serta mampu melakukan kerja-kerja fizikal. Bertanggungjawab, jujur, rajin dan mampu bekerja secara berkumpulan atau sendiri. Mempunyai lesen memandu yang sah (kelas B2/D) adalah satu kelebihan. Boleh mula bekerja dengan segera.

Key Responsibilities Project Coordination • Assist in the planning and execution of M&E works, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Resolve technical issues and support design coordination throughout the project. • Monitor the delivery of materials and equipment to meet the project schedule. Site Installation & Supervision • Supervise the installation of M&E systems such as HVAC, electrical, lighting, and fire protection. • Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. • Conduct site inspections and work with the project team to resolve any site issues or discrepancies. • Monitor work progress to ensure completion within the project timeline. Testing, Commissioning & Handover • Assist in testing and commissioning M&E systems to ensure they perform as required. • Prepare handover documents and support client handover. • Provide basic operational guidance to clients or the operations team when required. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E construction or building services. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently and manage tasks under tight deadlines. • Previous experience in a construction site role or engineering position preferred.
