🍽️ Service Crew (Krew Perkhidmatan)
• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly & professional
manner.
• Take customer orders & ensure accurate order processing.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service counter &
workstations.
• Handle customer enquiries & resolve basic issues courteously.
• Assist with cashiering & payment transactions when required.
• Replenish food, beverages & dining supplies.
• Follow food hygiene, safety and company SOPs.
• Assist with opening & closing duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Tanggungjawab:
• Menyambut & melayan pelanggan dengan mesra &
profesional.
• Mengambil pesanan pelanggan serta memastikan pesanan
diproses dengan tepat.
• Menghidangkan makanan & minuman dengan segera.
• Memastikan kawasan makan, kaunter servis & ruang kerja
sentiasa bersih dan kemas.
• Melayan pertanyaan pelanggan serta membantu menyelesaikan
isu asas dengan sopan.
• Membantu urusan pembayaran dan pengendalian mesin
juruwang apabila diperlukan.
• Menambah stok makanan, minuman & keperluan ruang makan.
• Mematuhi prosedur operasi standard (SOP), kebersihan &
keselamatan makanan.
• Membantu dalam tugas pembukaan & penutupan operasi
harian.
• Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh Penyelia.
👨🍳 Kitchen Crew (Krew Dapur)
• Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to
recipes & SOPs.
• Cook and assemble food items while maintaining quality
standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils &
equipment.
• Wash kitchen equipment and ensure proper storage.
• Monitor stock levels & assist with inventory control.
• Receive and store food supplies properly.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene & health regulations.
• Assist with kitchen opening & closing procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor.
Tanggungjawab:
• Menyediakan bahan mentah & membantu proses penyediaan makanan
mengikut resipi dan SOP.
• Memasak serta menyediakan hidangan mengikut standard kualiti yang
ditetapkan.
• Memastikan kebersihan dapur, peralatan & perkakasan sentiasa terjaga.
• Mencuci peralatan dapur & memastikan penyimpanan yang teratur.
• Membantu memantau stok bahan mentah & pengurusan inventori.
Syarat Kelayakan
• Minimum kelulusan SPM atau setaraf.
• Graduan baharu adalah dialu-alukan untuk memohon.
• Pengalaman bekerja di dapur komersial/ industri F&B adalah satu
kelebihan.
• Bersedia bekerja mengikut syif, pada hujung minggu dan cuti umum.
