These are our affordable rates for Maple Hillpark Homestay:

 Daily Rate:
• 1 night: RM 400 (RM 300 + RM 100 (cleaning fee)
• 2 nights: RM 600
• 3 nights : RM 800
• 4 nights: RM 1000
• 5 nights: RM 1200
• Additional night (RM 150/night)

Security deposit (refundable):
• 1-3 nights RM 100
• 4-10 nights RM 200
• 11-20 nights RM 300

 Monthly Rate
Rental – RM 3800/ month
Security deposit (refundable): RM 500 (Personal) / RM1000 (Company)
Utility bills (TNB & Water bills): Covered by Maple Homestay maximum up to RM 350

House Features:
4 bedrooms (fully air-conditioned), 3 bathrooms, cooking allowed, washing machine, TV, fridge etc.
1 queen bed, 3 single beds & 3 foldable mattresses (Capacity 7 - 8 pax).
Maximum Capacity: 10 pax


ATTENTION:
 Full rental payment + security deposit or booking deposit are needed for booking.
 Security deposit will be fully refunded after check out provided the house is left in good condition.
 The booking is confirmed once the full payment or booking deposit is received.
 Full rental payment + security deposit must be paid at least 3 days before the Check-In date.
