Master Room + Private bathroom & balcony,bedroom comes along with basic furnishings,window curtains, clothes hanger,bed linens and chairs,water heater lightings,ceiling fan & a/c.
*electricity charges will be according to TNB meter readings of each individual room.

Sugars Houz is a co-living styled home shared among other tenants of the house along with our furkids (kitties & A dog) that are free to roam in/out & around the property.

Washing machine is also available for use and outdoor cooking or indoor light cooking is also available along with bbq pit if needed,fridge is included.

We are located in taman century,6km to the CIQ JB-SG and 10min walk to KSL SHOPPING,LOTUS’s Grocer and other F&b,clinic,pharmacy,auto services & detailing along with other necessities are also located around the area.

Number of allowed pax per room is at 2 persons only

Guests have access to a shared kitchenette, dining area, and a common TV/games room (coming soon!).

BBQ facilities are available upon advance request.
