Duties & Responsibility 
- To perform daily accounting entries. 
- To maintain all accounting records according to existing policies and procedures. 
- Perform general accounting duties such as bookkeeping, data entry, handling of petty cash and banking of cash / cheques. 
- To reconcile bank statements by comparing against general ledgers. 
- Meticulous in details and diligent. 
- Prepare and maintain proper filing of reports, invoices and accounting reports, documentations and records. 
- Monitor payments from Customers(s). 
- Ensure payments to Supplier(s) are done in timely manner and correctly. 
- Assist management team with ad hoc task(s). 
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports; including input transaction(s). 
- Able to generate ad hoc reports when required.

- Candidate to possess at Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent. 
- Has good interpersonal skill, independent and able to communicate well with the team. 
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
- Able to work with tight deadlines. 
- Able to work under pressure. 
- Able to work independently with less supervision. 
- Has accounting knowledge. 
- Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. 

Experience in using UBS Accounting Software is an added benefit.

- To maintain stock balance and stock availability. 
- Responsible for packing goods properly daily. 
- Responsible for loading, unloading and rearranging of products. 
- To receive and inspect all incoming goods at showroom and / or warehouse 
- Responsible daily receiving, packing and checking of incoming and outgoing goods 
- Practice good housekeeping by ensuring goods are stored neatly. 
- Maintain the store in clean, neat, safe & in an organized manner.

- Able to take orders from supervisor 
- To undertake other related jobs as assigned from time to time by superior.
