Nurse/Clinic Assistant (3 Vacancies)

Job Summary
1 Deliver nursing care services according to established standard operating procedures and policies.
2 Assist with clinic operations
3 Demonstrate thorough knowledge of nursing procedures relevant to the assigned area.
4 Responsible for assisting the doctor with any clinical procedures
5 Housekeeping & maintenance of all clinical equipment

Quality and Customer Service:
1 Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
2 Consistently exceed established standards and quality in nursing care.
3 Be attentive to any request from patients and doctors

Qualification & Requirements:
1 Diploma in Nursing.
2 Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
3 Both fresh graduates and experienced staff nurses are encouraged to apply.
4 Post-basic training in Critical Care is a plus.
5 Good team player
6 Strong leadership and communication skills.
7 Ability to manage resources and ensure operational efficiency.
8 Customer focused with a strong commitment to quality care.
9 Ability to handle basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
10 Possesses good patient care service and interpersonal skills
11 Applicant must be willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
12 Working hours: Shifts.
