General Usage Guidelines Placement:
Two pads must be used simultaneously and placed at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) apart on clean, dry, healthy skin.

Duration: A typical session lasts about 15–30 minutes, with automatic shut-off features on many models. It is generally recommended to limit use to a few sessions per day.

Safety Precautions:

Do not use if you have a pacemaker, an implanted metallic/electronic device, or are pregnant without consulting a physician.
