💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Serve walk-in customers at our Ijok direct factory showroom
- Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other online platforms
- Conduct TikTok Live & Facebook Live sessions to promote products and engage with customers
- Create simple live content and interact confidently during livestream sessions
- Update and maintain product listings and content on online marketplaces
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales effectively
- Achieve monthly sales targets with strong persistence and follow-through
- Ensure smooth coordination between online and in-store operations

✅ Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Comfortable appearing on TikTok Live / Facebook Live
- Understanding of online platform operations (training provided)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- No experience required – full training provided!
