BNM Asset Management sedang mencari Operation & Content Executive untuk membantu menguruskan operasi Tahtihal Anhar Rental bersama AZR Corporation Sdn. Bhd.

### Job Scope

* Menguruskan kerja harian operation & admin
* Membalas dan follow-up customer/tenant melalui WhatsApp
* Menguruskan rekod, dokumen dan data
* Coordinate urusan property, maintenance & vendor
* Membuat content untuk TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
* Simple editing menggunakan Canva / CapCut
* Menggunakan AI tools seperti ChatGPT, Gemini atau lain-lain untuk memudahkan dan mempercepatkan kerja

### Requirements

* Boleh menggunakan komputer & Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
* Tahu basic Canva / CapCut & social media
* Tahu menggunakan AI untuk membantu kerja
* Communication yang baik
* Rajin, responsible & cepat belajar
* Boleh bekerja sendiri dan dalam team
* Pengalaman Admin / Operation / Customer Service / Property / Content adalah satu kelebihan
