Job Scope – Operation Manager

We are a security company. We have our drivers driving our security guards to their respective workplaces twice a day on daily basis. As a officer/manager, you will need to overlook after them and in case any of them go on holiday you will need to take over their place and make sure our operation runs without interruptions.

If there is any emergency cases you will need to handle them. Similarly, if our clients have any complaints, we expect you to be the first one to reach and sort it out with the company's help of course. Prioritising people with experience at man-management and labor work.

Skop Kerja – Pengurus operasi Kami adalah syarikat keselamatan. Kami mempunyai pemandu kami memandu pengawal keselamatan kami ke tempat kerja masing-masing dua kali sehari setiap hari. Sebagai pegawai/pengurus, anda perlu mengabaikan mereka dan sekiranya mana-mana daripada mereka pergi bercuti, anda perlu mengambil alih tempat mereka dan memastikan operasi kami berjalan tanpa gangguan.

Jika terdapat sebarang kes kecemasan anda perlu mengendalikannya. Begitu juga, jika pelanggan kami mempunyai sebarang aduan, kami mengharapkan anda menjadi orang pertama yang menghubungi dan menyelesaikannya dengan bantuan syarikat sudah tentu.
