- Fluent in Malay and English

Recovery Officer (Experienced Preferably)

Administrator position requires someone who able to supports the debt recovery team by maintaining accurate records, preparing legal/demand letters, updating repayment schedules in compliance with PDPA regulations, generating performance reports, using MS Excel/collection software, and handling administrative tasks in banking or finance environments.

Requirements:
1) Qualifications - minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Finance or related field;
2) Experiences - at least 1 to 2 years of administrative experience (slightly knowledgeable within a collection/finance/legal environment is an advantage);
3) Competencies - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, good data entry accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skill and multitasking abilities, excels under tight deadlines as well as ability to maintain confidentiality or handle sensitive information and highly independent while maintaining to be able to provide cross-functional collaboration with associate.
