Hondata In-Tank Fuel Pump Honda Civic FK8 FK2 FL5

This pump kit is designed for direct injection engine builds making more than 500 hp with flex fuel or 550 hp with high octane race fuel. Up to those power levels the stock in tank pump is adequate to supply the direct injection fuel pump. Check with datalogging. If your DIFP (direct injection fuel pressure) is dropping you need a pump upgrade. This is much more obvious with flex fuel as it requires up to 40 % more volume than race fuel.

Technical Notes:
It’s no secret that Honda’s Turbo Civic is extremely susceptible to heat-soak, especially when retaining the factory intercooler. Excessive heat-soak increases the risk of detonation and causes major power-loss due to high charge air and cylinder temperatures. These issues become even more prevalent with spirited driving and/or increased power outputs. The PRL Motorsports intercooler upgrade decreases charge air temperatures while increasing potential airflow with its dense 28.35 x 4.3 x 7.25" 600+ horsepower rated bar-and-plate core. Our intercooler core increases surface area by 31% and internal flow to allow optimal cooling and airflow. Billet machined aluminum end tanks maximize efficiency while looking as smooth as they flow! This intercooler utilizes factory mounting spots with our billet machined end tanks as well as all factory air ducts/shrouds. We extended the intercooler fins to take up the entire width of the front bumper's opening to increase allow for adequate cooling to/through the intercooler into the radiator.

Technical Notes:
It’s no secret that Honda’s 1.5L turbo Civic is extremely susceptible to
heat-soak, especially when retaining the factory intercooler. Excessive

high charge air and cylinder temperatures. These issues become even more
prevalent with spirited driving and/or increased power outputs. The PRL
Motorsports intercooler upgrade decreases charge air temperatures while
increasing potential airflow with its dense 550+ horsepower rated (though we
have pushed 600+) 26x4.5x5.9” bar-and-plate bar-and-plate core and machined
billet aluminum end tanks! This intercooler utilizes factory mounting spots
with our embossed end tanks. Kits will come with all hardware needed for a
seamless install.

64mm ID compressor inlet to a 80mm OD / 78mm ID outlet throughout the Titanium

1.5T Short Ram Intake system utilizes a 4" oiled cone filter and 1-piece High

The HYPER spring, which combines high levels of driving performance and
comfort, is finally available for the FL5!

This HYPER spring exclusively for the FL5 not only lowers the car, but is also
a sports down spring that J'S is proud of, which thoroughly pursues both the
high driving performance and comfort of the Type R!

The suspension performance of the FL5 Type R is set up at a very high level in
the normal state, and it boasts extremely high performance not only in terms
of comfort but also in terms of cornering performance.

Without sacrificing the driving performance of this Type R, it also fully
supports the genuine 3 mode (+R/Sport/Comfort) switching, and as a result of
thorough attention to ride comfort, this release model has finally been
completed!

The lowering amount is front -25mm, rear -20mm

The spring rate is front 3.5 to 5.0kgf/mm (genuine 4.8) and rear 2.5 to
4.5kgf/mm (genuine 4.4) *variable rate

and by combining it with the included bumper rubber, a setting that further
improves cornering performance is achieved.
It has a very stable potential from low to medium speeds, and even at high
speeds.
