PENTENS BITUFLEX 101 is a versatile, water-based, single-component elastic waterproof coating made from modified asphalt, natural rubber, and polyurethane, creating a tough, durable membrane for waterproofing diverse areas like bathrooms, balconies, gutters, tanks, and below-ground structures. It offers strong adhesion, works on damp surfaces, and is applied with a brush, roller, or spray after priming with Pentens T-007.
Key Features & Uses
Composition: Water-based, low-viscosity blend of bitumen, MMA, natural rubber, and polyurethane.
Applications: Damp proofing, suspended floors, terraces, balconies, bathrooms, RC gutters, planter boxes, tanks, pipes, basements, fountains, retaining walls, and metal corrosion protection.
Application: Can be applied to wet surfaces and creates a strong, elastic film.
Method: Primer (T-007) first, then mix with water and apply in coats; allow 8 hours between coats.
