Ball Engineer Hydrocarbon Spacemaster Glow (Ref: DM2036A-SCA-BK).

If you’ve never owned a Ball before, the "Glow" version is the one to get. It’s got 80 tritium gas tubes—which basically means while everyone else is charging their Seiko lume with a flashlight, this thing is just permanently glowing like a Christmas tree.

Why I love this piece:
The Crown Guard: It’s iconic. It feels like a piece of heavy machinery on your wrist.

Built like a tank: It’s rated for 7,500G shock resistance. Hopefully, you’ll never need that, but it’s cool knowing you could probably drop it off a roof and it would keep ticking.

The Bracelet: Honestly, it’s one of the most comfortable "heavy duty" bracelets I’ve ever worn. The butterfly clasp is super secure.

The Crystal/Bezel: Looking sharp and clear.

The Case/Bracelet: It has some typical desk-diving marks and light scratches from regular wear (see photos), but nothing a light polish couldn't fix if you're into that. Personally, I think the character suits the tool-watch vibe.

Running: Keeping great time, no issues with the day/date flip.
