Production Technician

- Assist Production Supervisors in day to day operation at production department .
- Set up and down mould and adjust machine
- Able to do machine parameter adjustment for injection molding machine
- Conduct troubleshooting on parts defect and execute corrective action to minimize rejection
- Monitor cycle time and adjust if necessary to meet the target and achieve planned output
- Able to do basic preventive maintenance & 5s for machine and equipment
- To ensure cleanliness and safety policy are practiced in the production
- To undertake any duties assigned by Superior from time to time
