Production Worker

- Perform any task as instructed by Superior
- Complete job within time frame given
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising on quality
- Track planned output against actual output
- Report to superior/QC Inspector for any non-compliance or rejected WIP
- Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
- Report any machinery issues to superior for immediate assistance
- Always equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Adhere to Company policies and Rules and Regulations at all times
- Cooperate and implement 5S as instructed by 5S committee
- To minimize rejects, reworks and scrap
