Admin Clerk:-
 
-Attend to day-to-day administrative matters and maintain proper administrative systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
-Assist in implementing and ensuring compliance by all occupants with the building's rules, regulations and proper use of facilities.
-Attend to enquiries, feedback and complaints from owners, occupants and other relevant parties, and record all complaints received in the Complaints Book.
-Assist the account clerk with billing, filing and issuance of official receipts and other accounting-related administrative matters when required.
-Manage and control the booking and usage of common facilities.
-Assist the Building Maintenance Supervisor/Manager with the administrative matters and documentation.
-Key in and maintain accurate records of daily collections.
-Prepare and issue Official Receipts for payments received.
-Prepare bank-in slips and arrange for the banking of cash and cheques.
-Prepare Monthly Cash Flow Statement.
-Keep updated List of Summary of cheques issued.
-Manage and maintain the petty cash, ensuring that all cash expenditures are properly supported and approved by the Building Executive/Manager prior to payment. Prepare the necessary documentation for reimbursement when the petty cash balance is low.
-Attend to enquiries pertaining to accounts.
-Assist in the collection, demand and recover from owners of all monies due on account of quit rent, insurance premium, service charge, special account and water and gas charges.


Requirement:-
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM or any Certificate related.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. Basic knowledge of accounting will be an added advantage.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with self-discipline and minimal supervision.
