Quality Control (QC) Supervisor
●Monthly Basic Salary: RM 3,000
●Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Quality Assurance.
●Experience Required: 2 – 3 years in QA/QC line inspection in food and beverage manufacturing or bottling plants.
●Core Competencies & Background:
○Direct experience monitoring co-packer bottling lines (checking PET bottle preforms, capping torque, label alignment, and fill levels).
○Knowledge of Ministry of Health (KKM) drinking water licensing, Halal certification requirements, and HACCP/ISO standards.
○Strict enforcement attitude to catch defects at the co-packer facility before stock is dispatched to 3PL warehouses.
●Primary KPIs: Total batch defect & wastage rate kept strictly under 3% of total production run.
