Recovery Officer

🔹 Contact customers to recover outstanding payments
🔹 Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, or email
🔹 Explain payment details and propose repayment plans
🔹 Update and maintain accurate records in the system
🔹 Achieve collection targets set by the Company
🔹 Maintain good communication with customers

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Confident and able to handle customers
✔️ Experience in collection/recovery is an advantage
✔️ Target-driven and responsible
