Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Recommend suitable crystal products based on customers' needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Handle cashier duties and process sales transactions.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are well displayed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory management.
- Support daily store operations and promotional activities.
- Learn product knowledge (training will be provided).
Requirements:-
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Enjoy interacting with people and working in a team.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
