SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER diperlukan di Nilai

Job Description:

1. To enforce company activities in line with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994).
2. To create, update and implement comprehensive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.
3. To maintain detailed records of safety metrics, inspections, audits, and reported incidents.
4. To conduct regular HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) to evaluate potential hazards.
5. To ensure safety equipment, emergency response systems and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are effective and up to date.
6. To organize and deliver specialized safety training (e.g, fire safety, chemical handling, and first aid).
7. To serve as the primary point of contact for government authorities (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA) during inspection.


Job Requirement:
1. Strong knowledge of local DOSH regulations, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to communicate with all level of employee.
2. Able to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Nilai 2, Negeri Sembilan.

Qualification and specification:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Safety and Health or related filed.
2. Registered competent Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) with valid Green Book.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in safety coordination.
