- Memastikan sasaran jualan yang ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan dipenuhi.
- Mengurus semua pertanyaan jualan yang dibuat oleh pelanggan dan bakal pelanggan mengenai produk.
- Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan untuk mendapati maklum balas untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Menjalankan tugasan sokongan Pentadbiran.

- Prepare sales documents such as payment voucher and receipt.
- Ensure sales targets set by department is met.
- Manage all sale queries made by customers and potential customers about product availability, pricing and etc.
- Communicate important feedback from customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform other general admin support tasks.
