Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and closing sales. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who are confident in sales and eager to maximize their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell company products/services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Own transport (if required for client visits)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
