Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Research, identify, and recommend potential customers and new business opportunities.

2. Conduct market research and analyze sales opportunities to support business growth.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

4. Meet with potential customers to understand their business needs and propose suitable products and solutions.

5. Expand the Company's presence within the Food Service, FMCG, F&B, HORECA and Retail sectors, including the Malay market segment.

6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.

7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, and successfully close sales opportunities.

8. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, objections, and complaints professionally and promptly.

9. Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation to prospective and existing customers.
