- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders carefully and make sure food and drinks are served on time
- Promote menu items and recommend special dishes to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations
- Assist in inventory management
- Handle basic cashiering and POS transactions
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Minimum SPM (or equivalent), fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
- Good understanding of food safety standards and customer service best practices.
- Strong communication and team work skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Familiarity with basic POS systems.
