The X-BRAID UPGRADE , no-mark variant of the flagship UPGRADE — addressing mark-based breakoffs. In marked PE lines, mark sections create periodic weak points that cutter fish bite through during the retrieve. High-Density Pitch, GP surface treatment, and HST.

Target Species & Fishing Applications

Malaysian coastal waters where cutter fish are a constant presence. Cutlassfish (hairtail), wahoo, Spanish mackerel, blowfish, and barracuda — all common in Malaysian waters — bite PE at mark positions. The no-mark design suits cutlassfish jigging and tenya, mixed-species jigging where line survival matters, and inshore lure fishing in high blowfish areas.
