Job Description
Job Responsibilities
-Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
-Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
-Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
-Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
-Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
-Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
-Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged Parcel.
-Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
-Take care of own and others' safety.
-Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
-Any other task instructed by superior
Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
