The space
Step into a comfortable and inviting space designed for relaxation, ideal for four guests but able to accommodate up to Five. The entire apartment is air-conditioned for your comfort.

Living Area: Relax on the comfortable sofas and enjoy a movie on the 40" TV.

Bedrooms: Two private bedrooms. One features a King-size bed, and the other has a Queen-size bed. An additional floor-foldable bed is available for extra guests.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms are available, stocked with shampoo and bath towels. One bathroom includes a bathtub for a relaxing soak.

Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, hood, refrigerator, frying pan, pot, and knife set, perfect for preparing meals during your stay.

Convenience: A washing machine and hair dryer are also provided within the unit for your convenience.

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom apartment.

You will also have access to a variety of fantastic shared amenities located on Level 7:
Waterfront Pool: Take a dip in the large swimming pool, which includes a fun water playground for the kids.
Recreation: Enjoy the on-site putting green and a separate children's playground.
Bookable Amenities: A tennis court and BBQ pit are also available. Please note that booking and a fee may be required; inquire at the management office for details.

Please be aware that the gym and rooftop pool are reserved for resident use only and are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
Pool Attire: To use the swimming pool, all guests must wear proper swimming attire. T-shirts of any kind (including dri-fit, fiber, or cotton) are not permitted in the pool. Non-compliance will result in a fine of RM200 per person, enforced by building management.

Facility Access: Please be aware that the gym and rooftop pool are reserved for resident use only and are not accessible to guests.

Laundry: While there is a washing machine in the unit, a coin-operated laundry service is also available nearby, next to the Teega Suite building.

No vaping or smoking in this unit. Owner has the right to cancel the booking for guests caught vaping/smoking without any refund of booking fee.

No parties/gathering of more than 5 people allowed in the unit. Penalty charges of RM200 will be imposed
