Transfer Procedure and Payment:

b) Membership Fee: RM 3500 (pay to me)
c) Transfer & Admin Fee: borne by buyer payable to Sunway Lagoon Club Bhd
d) Refundable Deposit: borne by buyer, paid to Sunway Club Bhd
e) Monthly Subscription Fee: borne by buyer, paid to Sunway Club Bhd
