Our homestay roomstay is located in Sitiawan town, or more specifically Tmn Suria 2 if you wish to google for its location, and it is on 1st floor shoplot. Groundfloor shop is equipped with cctv surveilance, so you can rest assured of your own safety and security. There are ample free coupon parking lots available for you to park your car.

About TCS HOMESTAY ROOMSTAY
The cosy house with 3 bedrooms is fully furnished. Comfortable place to stay for small family up to 7 pax or more as you can add extra beds into your room. You are at the convenience to either rent just a room or a whole house if only no other room rented out yet. In each room, bath towel and body shampoo are provided free for you. Living room is equipped with tv, sofa, easy chair, office chairs and drinking water dispenser while dining room is equipped with a dining table & chairs and refrigerator.

a) Rate for whole house = RM170 / day. Maximum allowed number of persons to stay is 7, but may be up to 9 as you can add extra beds into your room. We will give more discounts if you could stay longer with us.

b) Rate for each room
i) RM60 / day for Room 201 & 202 (1 x queen size bed, 1 x ceiling fan, 1 x air cond, 1 x bathroom with heater, 1 x wardrobe, 1 x dressing table). Maximum allowed number of persons to stay is 2, but may be up to 3 as you can add 1 extra bed into your room. We will give more discounts if you could stay longer with us.

Distance to other places :
a. Only 10 minutes or so drive to LUMUT jetty if you wish to take ferry to Pulau Pangkor.
b. Within a minute or minutes drive to many famous foodcourts and restaurants.
c. Within a minute or minutes to banks like Maybank, CIMB, Ambank, Public Bank, RHB and BSN.
d. The front main road is a short cut between Sitiawan and Manjung. So, you can reach Manjung in just 5 minutes or so.
e. Last but not least, also located very near to shopping centre like The Store (about a minute or so) and only 5 minutes away from Lotus / TF /AEON shopping mall!

TCS民宿是在吉店店屋一楼，临近实兆远市中心，或更確切的是在Tmn Suria 2区，如果您想要查看google地图。底楼已经有安装好闭路电视，所以您可更放心在这里住。此外，这里还拥有足够的免付费泊车位供住客使用。

关于TCS民宿
安逸和家具齐全的住家有3间房间，适合小康之家或7人（或以上如有加床位）的家庭居住。您可依照个人的要求选择只租房间而已，或是整间住家（除非没有任何房间已被租出）。每间房间都有提供浴巾和沐浴露。客厅已有电视，沙发，安乐椅，办公椅和饮水机。饭厅已添置好餐桌椅和冰箱。

a) 整间住家的租金率 = RM170 / 天，只允许不超过7位住客（或9位如有加床位）同时入住。如您是长时间租下，我们还额外提供些折扣于您。

距离其它地方 :
1. 仅须十几分钟车程便可到达LUMUT码头，如您想要乘搭渡轮去邦咯岛。
2. 临近数间著名的美食中心和餐馆，也仅须一至几分钟车程而已
3. 临近主要的银行如Maybank, CIMB, Ambank, Public Bank, RHB 和 BSN, 都只须一至几分钟车程而已
4. 店前的大马路是一条来往实兆远和曼绒县的捷径，所以您仅须大约五分钟车程便可到达曼绒县。
5. 也非常临近主要的超市如The Store (大约一分钟车程), 去 Lotus / TF /AEON 也仅须五分钟而已!
