Technical Support Executive

Job Description

1) Manage Oursourced Business Partners
2) Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to CCTV, Barriers, Access Control Systems, and ICT infrastructure (networking, hardware, software).
3) Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, access control devices (keycards, biometric readers, electronic locks), and networking equipment.
4) Provide ongoing technical support and training on CCTV, access control, and ICT resources to clients and internal teams.
5) Support IT operations, including network setup, device configuration, troubleshooting, and hardware management.
6) Other related technical work
