Syarat Kelayakan :

1-Memiliki Lesen GDL yang masih belum tamat tempoh.
2-Had Umur : Tidak melebihi umur 45 tahun.
3-Driver Lorry yang berpengalaman di utamakan.
4-Tahap kesihatan yang baik.
5-Boleh bekerja lebih masa (Overtime) & boleh bekerja di luar kawasan (Outstation) apabila di perlukan.
6- Bersifat jujur & amanah.
7- Boleh mengikut arahan dari pihak atasan.

Tugas/Skop Kerja :

1- Membuat penghantaran barang.
2- Membuat kerja pembungkusan ( Packing), Pemuatan dan Pemunggahan barang.
3- Membuat Pengiraan Stock ( Stock Take).
4- Menjaga kebersihan & Keselamatan Lori .
5- Memastikan stor sentiasa dalam keadaan tersusun, kemas dan bersih.
6- Mengendalikan Pemeriksaan Lori di PUSPAKOM.
7- Melaksanakan kerja-kerja lain mengikut arahan pihak pengurusan.

Your Role :

1. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and plans.

Sales Coordinator

1) Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely
Manner.
2) Prepare bank reconciliation, monitor company cash flow and daily bank
Balances.
3) Prepare monthly & Yearly management reports and other accounts related matters.
4) Liaising with auditors, tax agents, bank and other authorities, including
preparation of the necessary analysis, documents and reports.
5) Responsible and ensure proper maintenance of all financial and accounting
entries, records and reports, in accordance with the company's accounting
policies and procedures.
6) Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all
accounting entries.
7) Performing day to day accounting operations including account payable,
receivable and etc.
8) Conduct monthly stock closing to reconcile inventory records.
9) Handle petty Cash transaction, maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper use of funds for small expenses.
10)  Administer monthly payroll including overtime, allowances, claims, EPF and SOCSO. Preparing EA forms and submitting E-Forms to LHDN and maintain all personnel information in an accurate and up to date manner in line with the company policy and legislative requirements.
11) Manage staff leave records and ensuring compliance with company policies .
12) Prepare appointment letters for new staff, ensuring that all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.
13) Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance /
Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to handle full set of accounts;
- Proficient in QNE, Autocount  or other accounting software as E-commerce related software ( Site Giant) and Microsoft Office;
- Self motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Can Start Immediately is add advantage.
