Job description:
*Peparing and submitting quotation to customers within the required time frame.
* Managing traceability of RFQ documents filling.
* Review and evaluate price variance requests from sales or customer.
* Evaluate and implement pricing annually based on market price and cost of goods.
* Attend site visits
* Review ITB / RFQ / tender documents
* Prepare technical & commercial proposals
* Perform cost build-up, material take-off (MTO) & vendor quotation comparison (if required)
* Attend Technical Clarifications and Techno-Commercial Meetings
* Coordinate with Technical Team, HR Admin, Procurement & Finance for tender submission (if required)
REQUIREMENT -
* Bachelorās Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentation ā E&I) or equivalent.
* At least 1ā3 yearsā experience in project execution / tendering / proposal / cost estimation (O&G preferred)
* Able to interpret drawings, SOW & technical specifications
* Proficient in MS Excel.
* Proficient MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD (added advantage)
* Familiar with SUS Portal, Smart GEP, SAP etc.
* Willing to travel for site visits
* Good written and verbal communication skills and proficient in the English
* The ability to multitask.
