I received my undergraduate degree from City University London in BSc Accounting and Finance. I received my postgraduate degree from Buckinghamshire University in MSc Global Investment and Finance. I passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II examination. I obtained 13 out of 14 ACCA papers. One of the ACCA papers is about Malaysian tax, so it helped me understand Malaysia's tax system in Malaysia, e.g. -Calculation of RPGT (the acquisition price and disposal price) -What and when are the RPGT exemptions applicable -What constitutes a Real Property Company I plan to complete both CFA & ACCA exams by 2020. I interned in PwC and currently working in GUH Properties, a local developer based in Seremban as a finance executive for more than 1y6m. I've been attending classes related to the real estate industry in GS Realty for more than a year. Hence I would pride myself on the extensive knowledge in the field.
